Tracy native and lifelong resident Rosa A. Amaya Santos died April 29 at her home after battling a lengthy illness. She was 71 years old. Services will begin at 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 7, at Victory Christian Church, 1175 W. 11th St. Arrangements will be handled by Parkview Mortuary, 3661 French Camp Road, in Manteca.
