Last week’s Remember When mystery photo showed Irene Killian de Ojeda. In the 1960s and ’70s, she was the director of Rising Sun drug counseling center, which was located in a house on E street. She was married to Bill Killian, who was director of the South Tracy Center.

Goldie Papas identified Killian de Ojeda in the photo.

Today’s Remember When mystery photo shows “Mickey and Minnie Mouse” walking in the Tracy Halloween parade in October 1988. Does anyone recognize the two children in costume?
