Today’s Remember When “mystery photo,” at top, shows an employee of a local business receiving a piece of cake recognizing his 35 years of service. What was the business, who was the employee and in what year did this take place?

Last week’s Remember When “mystery photo,” at right, showed students at St. Bernard’s School getting ready to welcome visitors during the school’s Catholic Schools Week open house in February 1981. Left to right: Joel Noah, Kathryn Minikus, John Morris, Jessica Grandinetti, Debbie Cemblin, Dana Arnaudo and Mark Costa.

Betty Ann Pimentel Martinho identified all those in the photo. Also responding was Ann Langley.
