This week’s Remember When “mystery photo” shows a group of men gathered for a photograph in the mid-1960s. Who are they, and why were they in the photo?

Last week’s Remember When “mystery photo” showed three Tracy police officers in December 1964 modeling new helmets to be worn by members of the force. Left to right: officer Arny VanderMeer, Sgt. Aymon Hall and officer Tom Davis. The helmets were standard police headgear for more than a decade.
