Last week’s Remember When mystery photo, above right, shows three McHenry House Tracy Family Shelter volunteers in May 1990 at the opening of the Helping Hands secondhand store on Central Avenue. Left to right: Joy Bakerink, Barbara Fitzpatrick and Virginia Mynatt.

The store continues in operation today, providing financial support for McHenry House.

Today’s Remember When mystery photo, above left, shows an old fire truck parked in the foothills east of Tracy. Where is the truck, when was it in service here and what could its future be?
