Last week’s Remember When “mystery photo,” above left, shows three winners of a Mad Hatters contest hosted by the Tracy Woman’s Club in March 1974: from left, Sada Parish, “Energy Crisis”; Emma Baumgardner, “May Baskets”; and Josephine Spatafore, “Bee Hive.”

The contest was held during the club’s annual hi-jinx program in the Tracy Inn Gold Room.
