Today’s Remember When “mystery photo” shows four Tracy Boy Scouts in 1970. Who are they, and what award did they all earn?

Last week’s Remember When “mystery photo” showed Cathy Perez Meservy in the new Tracy Department of Motor Vehicles office in the office complex at 11th and East streets in July 1987. Tracy’s first DMV office was opened in 1959 on 10th Street next to the 1972-era City Hall. The DMV is now on Auto Plaza Drive just west of the West Valley Mall. Cathy Perez Meservy, a veteran DMV employee, and her husband, Jim Meservy, now live in Susanville. A number of Tracyites recognized the DVM and Cathy. They include her brother, Daniel Perez, as well as Olga Barreras, Marianne Pitcher, Celia Jimenez, Mary Turnipseed, Lisa Cox, Nancy Galbraith, Kimberly Krohn, Janis Rainey and Carolyn Arnaudo.
