A process server was allegedly threatened by a man she served at 5:20 p.m. on Wednesday on the 2000 block of Dorothy Lane.
She said he yelled at her for serving the papers, wrote down her license plate number and told her “she’s going to get it.”
The server said the man approached her, following her to her car and told her that “he knows people” and “not to (mess) with him” while holding a screwdriver in his hand.
She said that he didn’t make any gesture or threat with the screwdriver and it was just a verbal threat.
