Police arrested two minors who allegedly stole items at the West Valley Mall, 3400 Naglee Road, and used pepper spray on a security guard while trying to get away.

Police arrived at Macy's department store at 7:50 p.m. Monday, Oct. 22, where the security guard had detained the two minors.

Three other people were involved but were last seen running from the mall and jumping a fence on Clover Road.

The two minors who were arrested are reportedly on a juvenile probation list with the Tracy police. Details about their charges and personal information were not available because of their ages.
