While at the bar, officers also arrested a 53-year-old man for allegedly driving under the influence. The second arrest was directly related to the first incident, the log indicates.
Tracy police received 195 calls for service Monday, Jan. 28. The following is a sample of those reports.
11:30 a.m.: A staff member at Duncan Russell High, 164 W. Grant Line Road, requested to speak with an officer about a student who is an unlicensed driver but continues to drive himself to school. The student reportedly continues to drive himself though the complainant had reportedly spoken with the student and his parents about the matter.
5:26 p.m.: Officers arrested a person for petty theft for allegedly stealing a bicycle from Mountain View Home, 377 W. Mount Diablo Ave. The person arrested is assumed to be a minor because the name was redacted.
8:48 p.m.: A resident at Driftwood Apartments, 800 W. Grant Line Road, complained that the smell of marijuana was coming through her vents from an adjacent unit. Officers referred the call to the property manager.
