"A caller reported the smell from the wastewater treatment plant was making the residents of a house on the 3400 block of Castle Court sick."

LMAO!! If you are going to buy a house that close to a sewer plant, you deserve what you smell! Just like those idiots that buy a house in the landing pattern of an airport then complain and want the airport to curtail hours. Don't these idiots check on these things when buying a house? It's called personal responsibility people! But then, when it's always someone else's fault, you don't need any personal responsibility, huh?
