The freaking parents should be locked in the car without the windows cracked. Some people should not reproduce.

"A woman called to report someone took her purse out of her unlocked car on the 1400 block of Sentinel Drive."

Duh!!! No sympathy...none at all!!! I'm just surprised that the dumb complainant didn't leave the keys in the car also. That way the criminal could have driven away instead of walking! What a maroon! Keep it up people! It's obvious the gene pool of Calif has been polluted! Must be that liberal koolaid!

A citing? Really?! It has been HOT and those ppor kids are stuck in a damn car? Was it really that difficult to bring them into a flipping store? These kids do need to be taken from them. If they can just leave them in a car in 100 deg. weather, what else do they do to them?

Had I been that store clerk seeing those kids crying and sweating, I would have broken a window, got those kids out and kept them inside and hydrated until the police came. A public shaming for those idiots who did this. They only received a citing!!! Really? This is child abuse, they need to serve time and have the kids removed from their home. It doesn't take long for brain damage in 130 degree heat. Those poor kids!

I couldn't agree with you more! If I had been there as a customer and saw it, I would have broken in to get them. I just can't understand people sometimes.
