A caller reported he needed help getting a motorcycle off him after he rode into a ditch on the 1300 block of North MacArthur Drive on Sunday at 9:11 p.m. He said he didn’t need medical assistance, but he needed help getting the motorcycle off. He said the motorcycle had his legs pinned and was starting to burn his skin. Police responded, and the rider was taken to the hospital with an injury to his ankle.

Tracy police received 383 calls for service between Friday, July 8, and Sunday, July 10. The following is a sample of those calls.

Sunday

12:06 a.m.: A caller reported someone hit her girlfriend at the Great Plate, 714 N. Central Ave. A second caller said the people causing the trouble were gang members looking to fight anyone in the business. Police checked and found the troublemakers were making gang signs in the bar and asked to leave. They were unable to find any assault victims.

1:10 a.m.: A caller reported someone egged his house on the 2200 block of Ogden Sannazor Drive. He said the juvenile ran away.

1:39 a.m.: A caller reported a Pacific Gas and Electric Co. employee showed up at his house for a carbon monoxide leak. He told the worker he didn’t report a leak, and he was told the call came from a phone number that the caller said he disconnected years ago. The worker informed police that the company was in error and that the call came from another city.

2:27 a.m.: A caller reported a fight on the 800 block of Clover Road. Police checked and found it was a disagreement between brothers.

3:03 a.m.: A caller reported two men threatened to kill each other on the 100 block of West Lowell Avenue. Police found it was two brothers arguing, and they were advised to take their disagreement inside their house.

3:34 a.m.: A caller reported a Honda Civic ran a stoplight and nearly hit him head-on near 11th Street and Lincoln Boulevard. Police were unable to find the car.

6:45 a.m.: A caller reported graffiti at Glover Park, 584 Pescadero Ave.

6:56 a.m.: A caller reported a loud rooster on the 1700 block of Askren Court. Police left a note that the rooster should be removed immediately.

8:00 a.m.: Police received several calls for two stray pit bulls, and one caller said the dogs attacked her dogs and her and her boyfriend near Central Avenue and Schulte Road. She said they were chasing them as they drove away.

8:58 a.m.: A caller reported her husband was attacked by her mother-in-law’s chow on the 1100 block of Tarrogana Drive. She said he was bleeding profusely and he was taken by ambulance to the hospital.

9:57 a.m.: A man on the 1000 block of Windeler Avenue received a phone call from his bank regarding fraudulent activity on his bank account. He said he checked his truck and found it had been burglarized and his wallet was missing.

10:44 a.m.: A caller confronted a man about dumping trash at Prime Outlets,1005 Pescadero Ave., and he said the man threatened to come back and hit him. Police checked, but no one would answer the door.

10:52 a.m.: A caller reported someone broke into his car on the 200 block of Diego Lane.

12:34 p.m.: A caller reported tenants arguing over an air conditioning bill on the 300 block of Coronado Way.

4:03 p.m.: A caller reported a dog attacked another dog at Lincoln Park, 170 E. Eaton Ave. He said the dog was with a man and two small girls walking west on Eaton Avenue. Police could not find the dog.

4:50 p.m.: A caller reported his checkbook was missing from his unlocked car on the 2900 block of Ormonde Street.

5:54 p.m.: A caller reported he was shot three times by a pellet gun while jogging near 22nd Street. Police are investigating.

5:05 p.m.: A caller reported a man beat a woman in the southern part of the city. The caller said he saw the man punch the woman in the face, chase her with a garden hose and yell at her several times. He said the woman was yelling that she wanted to get her stuff and the man kept chasing her away from the house. He ran away as police arrived. The incident is under investigation.

6:15 p.m.: A caller reported someone shooting fireworks near Central Avenue and Tracy Boulevard. Police could not find them.

6:17 p.m.: A caller requested to talk to an officer about his son’s ex-girlfriend posting on Facebook that she was going to burn down his house on the 900 block of Isabella Street. Police talked to her, and she said she was upset and would remove the comment.

6:22 p.m.: A caller reported his Toyota pickup was stolen from the front of his house on the 1300 block of Evergreen Way.

8:03 p.m.: A caller reported a house unsecure after the fire department went through a window to respond to a fire alarm on the 300 block of Clarence Bromell Street. The alarm company informed the landlord.

8:22 p.m.: Police arrested a 32-year-old man on the 2300 block of Holly Drive for outstanding warrants.

8:42 a.m.: A caller at Sutter Tracy Community Hospital, 1420 N. Tracy Blvd., reported her 11-year-old daughter was punched by an 11-year-old boy. She said she wanted the incident documented.

9:15 p.m.: A caller reported a friend saw her son’s bicycle was stolen in a backyard on the 1800 block of Thomas Dehaven Lane. Police talked to a juvenile, and he said he bought it for $10. The bicycle was returned without incident.

10:34 p.m.: A caller reported a neighbor threatened him after he asked him to turn his television down on the 900 block of West 12th Street. Police talked to both parties.

11:34 p.m.: A caller reported someone shot him with a pellet gun out of a car on the 2400 block of South MacArthur Drive. He showed police a welt on his stomach. Police are investigating.

Saturday

12:24 a.m.: A caller reported his step-daughter’s rear car window was shattered while driving on the 300 block of East Grant Line Road. She said she heard a big boom and the window shattered. Police checked but couldn’t find any apparent cause for the breaking window.

12:55 a.m.: Police arrested a 19-year-old man following a pedestrian stop near Quik Stop, 1153 Lincoln Blvd. He was charged with obstructing an officer.

5:43 a.m.: A caller reported construction at Tiny Treasures, 350 N. Corral Hollow Road. Police issued a warning.

11:44 a.m.: A caller on the 3400 block of Patch Lane reported two baby birds fell out of a nest and she wanted to talk to an animal control officer.

12:21 p.m.: A caller reported an ice cream vendor selling at the farmers market on the 100 block of West 10th Street. He said the vendor did not have a permit and refused to leave. Police issued a warning.

12:24 p.m.: A woman reported her two sons, ages 16 and 18, were in a fist fight on the 200 block of West Grant Line Road. She said she could not separate them and their fists were bleeding. Police checked, and the 16-year-old left to stay at a friend’s house.

1:34 p.m.: Police arrested a 20-year-old woman at Chase bank, 2620 S. Tracy Blvd. The arrest came after a caller reported a woman trying to cash a forged check.

1:44 p.m.: A caller reported his house was broken into on the 2900 bloc of Fairfield Drive while he was running an errand. He said many items were missing, including two flat screen televisions.

1:45 p.m.: A caller reported on the 2800 block of Clover Hill Court that her credit card company informed her someone was using it to make online purchases. She said the company had the name and address of the person responsible. She was advised to cancel her card. The incident is under investigation.

5:04 p.m.: A caller reported a drunken driver swerving all over the road near 11th Street and Interstate 205. Police checked and found the driver was trying to secure her child in a car seat while driving. She was issued a warning.

5:19 p.m.: A caller reported a woman going through his neighbor’s mailbox on the 100 block of Suellen Drive. He said the woman was with another woman pushing a stroller with an infant. Police talked to the two women.

6:01 p.m.: A caller reported his wife trashed their house on the 100 block of East Seventh Street. He said she turned over the furniture, broke the television and dumped ketchup and condiments all over the carpet and walls. Police found it was a civil matter.

6:27 p.m.: A caller reported $1,600 worth of merchandise taken from the Aeropostale, 3200 Naglee Road.

6:36 p.m.: A caller reported her son was slapped by a man at Dr. Powers Park, 900 W. Lowell Ave. Police checked and found it was an argument about playground equipment.

7:09 p.m.: A caller reported a loud argument on the 200 block of East Mount Diablo Avenue. He said it appeared some men were holding two women back and keeping them from fighting. Police found it was a family dispute that had been resolved.

8:25 p.m.: A movie clerk called to report someone broke into the token machine at Movies 14, 3300 Naglee Road and stole $39.

8:55 p.m.: Police arrested a 51-year-old woman at Backroads Custom, 2446 Toste Road. The arrest came after a caller reported a woman passed out in the driver’s seat of a car parked on a sidewalk. She was arrested on suspicion of being intoxicated.

9:41 p.m.: A caller reported a woman was robbed near Crossroads and Greystone drives. He said a man grabbed her by the throat and demanded money. She told him she didn’t have any money, and he punched her and ran off. Police checked and found the man was armed with a knife.

10:32 p.m.: A caller requested extra patrols due to his house being egged and toilet papered in the past on the 100 block of Lasata Drive.

11:50 p.m.: Police arrested a 15-year-old at the Royal Motel, 1201 W. 11th St. after receiving a call for a loud party. The teenager was arrested for outstanding warrants.

Friday

12:58 a.m.: A caller reported someone cut her car roof and stole pillows and a camping tent at Motel 6, 3810 N. Tracy Blvd.

1:19 a.m.: A caller reported loud music from a truck on the 100 block of Glencreek Drive. Police advised him to listen to his music inside his house.

4:04 a.m.: A caller reported he was afraid he was going to be robbed by two men while he made a delivery at Texas Roadhouse, 2422 Naglee Road. Police checked, and found the men in the pickup were mowing the lawn.

5:42 a.m.: A woman called to report her husband’s work truck was broken into on the 2900 block of Dronero Court.

7:59 a.m.: A caller reported he was punched by a man who cut in front of him at the McDonald’s drive-thru, 3430 N. Tracy Blvd.

8:29 a.m.: An online report was made for the theft of a cell phone at Remax Real Estate at 2311 N. Tracy Blvd.

8:37 a.m.: An online report was made for the theft of a Federal Express package off of his porch on the 1200 block of El Portal Street.

9:17 a.m.: A caller reported someone stole his 1994 Honda Accord on the 2800 block of North Tracy Boulevard.

9:17 a.m.: An online report was made for graffiti on the building of Vintage Spirits, 2300 East St.

9:33 a.m.: A woman on the 200 block of West Beverly Place called to report an injured hawk blocking her front door. She said she couldn’t leave for work.

9:35 a.m.: An online report filed from the 800 block of Henderson Way was made for the theft of a purse at the public library.

9:40 a.m.: An online report was made for a residential egging on the 100 block of Lasata Drive.

11:05 a.m.: A caller reported during a funeral, five cars had their windows smashed and five purses were stolen from outside Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave. One victim said $1,800 was taken from her purse.

11:30 a.m.: A caller reported a man in a pickup stole his bicycle at the Safeway gas station, 1987 W. 11th St. He said he was getting cans out of the trash and the man put the bicycle in the back of his pickup. He told police he didn’t want to press charges, but he wanted his bicycle back.

11:45 a.m.: A caller reported someone broke into his trailer in the Walmart parking lot at 3010 W. Grant Line Road. He told police the thieves took “everything.”

2:35 p.m.: A business clerk reported a man tried to rob Straw Hat Pizza, 3228 N. Tracy Blvd. He said the man hit him and ran out when a customer entered the shop. He said the man asked for a soda and played a video game before the attempted robbery. He left in a car with two other men. Police are investigating.

2:59 p.m.: A caller reported his mother hit him after she over-reacted while driving down Tracy Boulevard, west of Central Avenue. He said she hit him and his lip was bleeding. Police talked to the mother and found the boy was disobeying her, swearing and out of control. The mother said she slapped his face. The boy’s 9-year-old sister confirmed the mother’s account of what happened. Police told the boy to stop calling his mother names and officers counseled the mother about her disciplinary methods.

4:26 p.m.: A caller reported someone broke into his house on the 3000 block of Cabrillo Drive. He said the house was ransacked and the patio window broken.

4:30 p.m.: A caller reported the table and chair he uses to collect donations outside Walmart, 3010 W. Grant Line Road was stolen. He said he suspected the thief was someone collecting for another charity.

6:03 p.m.: A caller reported a man drinking wine out of a bottle and urinating on the wall near Gerard’s at Ninth Street and Central Avenue. Police issued the man a warning.

7:42 p.m.: Police arrested a 40-year-old man at Royal Motel, 1201 W. 11th St. The arrest was made after a caller reported a man breaking a motel window. He was charged with intoxication in public and an outstanding warrant.

9:04 p.m.: Police arrested an 18-year-old man on the 100 block of North Wimbledon Lane after a woman reported a prowler.

9:04 p.m.: A caller reported someone broke into his car at Chili’s, 2030 W. Grant Line Road.

9:53 p.m.: A caller reported someone lighting fireworks on the 300 block of Arezzo Way. Police issued a warning.

10:02 p.m.: A caller reported someone moved the “road closed” sign on Lammers Road and cars were getting stuck in open manholes. Police found a car went around the sign and sustained two flat tires.

10:42 p.m.: A woman reported a man grabbed her bag and necklace and ran off near Hunter Trail and Tennis Lane. She said he was Latino, 20-years-old, 5-feet 2-inches tall, had a mustache, and was wearing a black baseball cap and dark shirt and jeans. Police are investigating.

11:46 p.m.: An officer was flagged down at Denny’s, 3718 N. Tracy Blvd., for a car burglary.
