Last I checked we had a 2nd amendment right which shall NOT be infringed. Seems California's 945 gun control laws are a BLATANT infringement of not only the US constitution but the California constitution as well. Take your rights back folks! You're not required to follow unconstitutional laws, just as law enforcement per the supreme court is NOT required to enforce them. SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED MEANS EXACTLY THAT. When seconds count, a cop is only minutes away. A gun in the hand is better than a cop on the phone. Don't be a victim!

I dont see how any of the very minimal regulations CA has on ownership of guns could possibly be an issue. You still can own a gun right? So how has your right to own a gun been infringed upon?

Oh wait, I know, you are opposed to those regulations that say convicted felons cant own guns. Or maybe its the law that says kids cant own them, or maybe you take issue with keeping them out of the hands of the mentally ill. Whatever the case, I think those regulations have their place.

You can NO LONGER constitutionally carry your gun wherever you go. You no longer have the right to protect yourself if you need to.

The mentally ill and felons can still have knives though right? Your argument is moot.

My RIGHTS should not be removed because of the actions of others.
