9:07 a.m.: A woman told police a peacock was in her backyard on the 1700 block of Harvest Landing Lane. She was advised to leave the bird alone and allow it to fly away.
12:30 p.m.: Police arrested an 18-year-old man on suspicion of driving under the influence near Glenbriar Drive and Quail Run Circle. Police towed his car and requested an ambulance crew draw blood.
3:13 p.m.: A caller reported a possible drunken driver going 25 in a 40 mph zone on MacArthur Drive and Schulte Road. Police stopped the driver, and he informed them that he typically slows in a school zone due to children darting out into traffic.
3:30 p.m.: A 16-year-old girl reportedly stole money from her grandmother’s jewelry box on the 700 block of West 10th Street. Police are investigating.
4:25 p.m.: A resident called police to report a neighbor was yelling and threatening him and his father on the 1900 block of Homer Henry Court. He said they were outside getting ready to go to work when the neighbor yelled they both needed to go back to where they came from. Police are investigating.
5:39 p.m.: A woman reported her boyfriend’s best friend vandalized her car on the 1900 block of Brairwood Court. Police are investigating.
6:29 p.m.: A woman was arrested after she reportedly stole a bicycle and got hit by a car riding away on the 1300 block of West 11th Street. She was cited and released.
7:11 p.m.: Police cited a 17-year-old boy after his father called to report the teen assaulted him on the 1400 block of McDermott Drive. The boy was cited and released to a parent.
9:02 p.m.: Police arrested a 26-year-old man on suspicion of indecent exposure on the 800 block of West 11th Street. The caller said the man was inside Grocery Outlet near the door, and the front of his clothing was completely opened. Officials at the store requested a trespassing warning be issued by police.
9:03 p.m.: A business clerk reported someone cut the fence to Links Enterprises, 724 E. Grant Line Road, and tried to get into employees’ cars. Police are investigating.
