Manny. But there's a secret inner part of me that wishes the tongue-wagging would actually work. No long, drawn out dating. No expensive dinners and gifts. Just waggle your tongue and she goes gonzo in love. Were it only that way.

A man walking near McKinley Elementary School, 800 W. Carlton Way, approached a woman in a car and exposed himself at 11:27 a.m. Tuesday, April 17. The victim told police she was eating her lunch inside her car when he started walking toward her. She said he made gestures with his tongue and pulled out his genitals before she drove away.
Problem solved.
I guess lunch was pretty much out-of-the-question, after that...
