She was allegedly yelling at someone out of the window of her vehicle while doing donuts in the middle of the road.
Tracy police received 586 calls from Thursday, Feb. 7 to Sunday, Feb. 10. The following is a sample of those reports.
2:51 a.m.: Officers arrested a 41-year-old man who was allegedly passed out in a vehicle that was parked in the middle of an alley between 10th and 11th streets. The vehicle was previously reported stolen. The man was charged with receiving stolen property and driving under the influence.
12:14 a.m.: A 42-year-old man was arrested during a traffic stop in the area of 11th Street and MacArthur Drive. The man was on probation for a forgery-related crime, according to the log. Officers allegedly found a gun in the vehicle and collected it as evidence.
8:32 a.m.: Officers responded to the 100 block of South West Street, where a woman would not leave a neighbor’s shower. The woman was allegedly locked out of her house by her mother. She asked to use the neighbor’s shower but then she would not come out until officers arrived.
3:21 p.m.: Police arrested a 42-year-old who was allegedly in an argument with his girlfriend when he punched a car headlight and cut his hand. He was arrested at Sutter Tracy Community Hospital, where he was left by the girlfriend for injuries he sustained from the punch.
6:45 p.m.: Two minors were detained and then released to their parents when they were found allegedly intoxicated at the Tracy Skate Park, 299 W. Grant Line Road.
8:43 a.m.: Police arrested a 25-year-old man on the 100 block of East Grant Line Road for allegedly punching his roommate in the face. The man was allegedly smoking marijuana earlier in the morning.
2:01 p.m.: A tree branch blocked the road after the driver of a U-Haul truck hit a tree on the 2600 block of Daisy Lane. The branch reportedly fell and shattered the truck’s windshield.
3:42 p.m.: Officers advised a man to stop selling food items to Tracy High School students in the area of Beverly Place and Mae Avenue. He complied and went on his way.
6:37 p.m.: A woman reported being attacked by a man after she asked him to put his dog on a leash while walking at the Tracy Sports Complex, 955 Crossroads Drive. The man allegedly grabbed the woman’s phone, smashed it on the ground and threatened to kill her after she made the request. The woman found another person at the park who called 911. The alleged attacker had left the area by the time officers arrived.
8:40 a.m.: Police arrested an 18-year-old man on the 900 block of West 11th Street. It’s unclear why he was arrested.
10:01 a.m.: A student at Kimball High School, 3200 Jaguar Run, was cited and released to a parent for a health and safety violation, which typically indicates a drug- or alcohol-related charge.
1:07 p.m.: The loss prevention officer at Home Depot, 2461 Naglee Road, detained a 54-year-old man who was allegedly shoplifting from the business. Tracy police arrived and arrested the man.
