California Highway Patrol officers detained two of three people they were looking for near Arby’s on the 700 block of West Clover Road on Thursday, May 10. Officers called for a police dog unit at 2:05 p.m. to help in the search, which lasted about 40 minutes in northern Tracy. It was not reported if an arrest was made or why the CHP was chasing the suspects.
