The Tracy Police Department received 167 calls for service Monday, Oct. 8. The following is a sample of those calls.
1:12 a.m.: Graffiti was found at the skate park in El Pescadero Park, 250 W. Kavanagh Ave.
7:10 a.m.: A car with three flat tires was found parked on the railroad tracks near MacArthur Drive and 11th Street. Someone who knew the registered driver told police the driver overdosed on drugs on Friday, Oct. 5, and had been in the hospital since, so it wasn’t known who might have parked the car on the tracks. The car was towed from the scene.
8:41 a.m.: Counterfeit money was received at Grocery Outlets, 825 W. 11th St.
9:02 a.m.: A car was found outside the West Valley Mall, 3200 Naglee Road, that had its spoiler removed.
3:42 p.m.: An arrest was made for an alleged felony weapons violation near In-N-Out, 575 W. Clover Road, following a traffic stop. The vehicle driven by the person who was arrested was towed. No information was available about the suspect.
3:57 p.m.: Twenty fishing poles were reportedly stolen from a backyard on the 800 block of West Clover Road.
8:10 p.m.: Police talked to a man who was reportedly walking around Zanussi Park, 1500 Promenade Circle, without his pants on.
10:26 p.m.: A father on the 500 block of Ballico Drive was advised about his options after he complained his 17-year-old was skipping school, sneaking out of the house and possibly using some sort of controlled substance.
