Philpotts finish ninth, 18th at Roseville

Local drivers Ryan Philpott and Justin Philpott competed on Saturday, April 16, in the Toyota/NAPA AutoCare 150 at All American Speedway in Roseville.

Ryan Philpott finished in the ninth place in the main event to move into 10th place in the points standings in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West. His cousin Justin, in his first race of the K&N Series, finished in 18th place out of 20 cars that finished the race.

Winner of the race was Jason Fensler of Wilton. Fensler took the lead on the restart on lap 142 after a yellow flag. Greg Pursley of Gene Price Motorsports led for 133 laps before Eric Holmes of NAPA Toyota took over for two laps, and Moses Smith took the lead on lap 135 before Fensler passed him.
