Pamela Renee (Giddings) Metzger, 51, a Montessori school teacher, died Aug. 29 at her Tracy home. All services are private.

Mrs. Metzger was born Dec. 29, 1960, in Stockton and raised in Fremont. She earned a Montessori International teaching degree and worked with children of various developmental stages. She had lived in Tracy the past four years.

Survivors include her husband of 34 years, William Metzger of Tracy; children, Kristy Ainsworth, and her husband, Robert, of Fremont and David Metzger, and his wife, Cori, of Tracy; parents, Herbert “Herb” Giddings of Watson, Okla., and Saundra (Moden) Giddings of Petaluma; siblings, Kathy Guerra of Petaluma and Mike Giddings of Ceres; three grandchildren; and many other relatives.
