A celebration of life will take place March 22 for Nancy McKinney-Cloonan-Reinhardt, 55, a longtime Tracy resident, who died of heart failure Feb. 25 at her home.

Born Dec. 6, 1958, in Castro Valley, Ms. McKinney-Cloonan-Reinhardt had lived in Tracy 40 years. She had retired from the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory police department for medical reasons.

Survivors include a daughter, Christy Holsten, and her husband, Christopher, of Tracy; mother, Irene McKinney of Tracy; a brother, Larry McKinney, and his wife, Debbie, of Redlands; four grandchildren; and a nephew.

Her father, L.D. McKinney, preceded her in death.

The celebration of her life will begin at 11 a.m. March 22 at the San Joaquin River Club, 30000 Kasson Road.
