Born May 20, 1918, in Ada, Okla., Mrs. Aston was a Tracy resident for 40 years before moving to Manteca 20 years ago. She later moved to Stockton to live with her son.
While living in Tracy, she worked as a waitress at the Horseshoe Diner and Tracy Inn.
Mrs. Aston was a member of Joaquin Chapter 348, Order of the Eastern Star, and a regular volunteer at the Manteca senior center.
Survivors include a son, Tommy Bullard, and his wife, Linda, of Stockton; three siblings, Wilma Edwards of Manteca, Lynn Jackson, and his wife, Emmy, of Tracy and Ina DaCosta of Manteca; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her husband of 50 years, Roga L. Aston, who died in 1995; parents, John and Faye “Mom” Jackson; and a sister, Betty Wright.
Graveside services will begin at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Tracy Cemetery, 501 E. Schulte Road. Hotchkiss Mortuary, 5 W. Highland Ave., is handling arrangements.
