Lois Verna Tibben, 70, died of cancer Tuesday, Oct. 9, at her Tracy home. As she wished, all services will be private.

Mrs. Tibben was born July 6, 1942, in Chicago. She spent her retirement years in La Grange before moving to Tracy in 2011.

She was involved with Relay For Life and a Red Hat Society group, Lady Bugs of Lakes.

Survivors include her husband of 25 years, Frederick D. Tibben of Tracy; a daughter, Kelly Schrock, and her husband, Steve, of Tracy; two siblings, Joell White, and her husband, Jonathan, of Tucson, Ariz., and Vicki Mills, and her husband, Joe, of Sebastopol; three grandchildren; two nephews; and many other relatives.
