West Coast Soccer player Miciah Madison of Mountain House helped get her team, the under-16 Wild, to the championship game of the Juventus Tournament of Champions in Redwood City Aug. 2 and 3.

Madison set up the goal by her teammate Kasidee Wiley in the first game of the event, a 1-0 win over Juventus Lightning. Wild won three more in a row to get to the final, and then lost 3-2 to Juventus Zebre.

West Coast Soccer’s U15 Wonder, including Tracy players Alexis Redens and Erica Dias, also played at the Juventus tournament, going 1-1 on Aug. 2 and then losing the penalty kick shootout against Castro Valley in the semifinals.
