This story is an eye opener for those of you operating a personal watercraft (PWC) such as a jet ski or wave runner. If you are operating you are legally bound to the boating rules of the waterways. PWCs account for 25% of all boating accidents. Most accidents could have been avoided if the operator had taken a safe boating course.
