Born in Ohio on Oct. 19, 1935, Mrs. Stephens had lived in Tracy the past five years.
Survivors include five children, Beth Stephens, Linda Durham, and her husband, John, and Mark Stephens, and his wife, Heather, all of Tracy, David Stephens, and his wife, Aracely, of San Jose and Hope Stephens of Riverbank; a sister, Sara, of Vacaville; 14 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her husband of 60 years, Harold Stephens; and a brother, William Richardson.
