A graveside service will be Saturday, April 13, in Tracy for former Tracy resident Helen Clouser, who died Monday, April 8, a day before her 89th birthday, at her home in Bend, Ore.

Born in Stockton on April 9, 1924, Mrs. Clouser lived in Tracy more than 30 years.

She was a homemaker and belonged to the congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

Survivors include three daughters, Cindy Smith, Manoah Vlarianos and Sandra Wong Quen; three sons, Scott Clouser, Aaron Lugo and Lonnie Lugo; eight grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her husband of 47 years, Louis “Lou” Clouser; parents, Manuel and Anita (Cruz) Vega; three brothers; and one sister.

The graveside service will begin at 10:30 a.m. at Tracy Cemetery, 501 E. Schulte Road. Baird Funeral Home of Bend, 2425 NE Tweet Place, is handling arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Partners in Care Hospice, 2075 NE Wyatt Court, Bend, OR 97701; or to the Central Oregon Humane Society, 61170 SE 27th St., Bend, OR 97702.
