Engagement: Sarubbi-Pimentel, Heckman plan fall wedding

Mountain House residents Meghann Sarubbi-Pimentel and Casey Heckman have set a wedding date of Nov. 30, 2013.

They will be married at St. Michael Parish in Livermore. A reception will follow at Poppy Ridge Golf Course, also in Livermore.

The couple met at Bank of America in Livermore and began dating Sept. 26, 2008. Casey proposed while they decorated the Christmas tree in 2012.

Meghann, daughter of David and Christine Pimentel of Tracy, lived in Tracy nine years before moving to Mountain House this past summer. She works as a sales and service specialist at Bank of America in Blackhawk. A 2006 graduate of West High School, she earned an associate degree from Las Positas College in 2009.

Casey, son of Dean and Donna Heckman of Livermore, is employed by Thoratec Corp. in Pleasanton. He graduated from Livermore High School in 2004 and earned a kinesiology degree from California State University, East Bay, in 2010.

The maid of honor is Kathleen Pimentel of Tracy, the bride’s sister. Bridesmaids are Stephanie Battaglia, Jennifer Harrison, Fabiola Torres and Lizbeth Rodriguez.

The best man is Steve Vieira, and groomsmen are Matt Vieira, Willie Kopp, Ian Decker and Rhine Ramirez.
