Engagement: Pannell, Sydnor plan wedding ceremony

Mountain House residents Kimberly Pannell and Jason Sydnor are engaged to be married Nov. 3, 2012, in Stockton.

Following the ceremony, they will honeymoon at Lake Tahoe and return home to Mountain House.

Kimberly, daughter of Sharon Panell and Bob Noia of Reno, is the mother of two sons, Blake Reynolds of Sacramento and Taylor Thomas of Ogden, Utah. Her brother, Keith Pannell, and grandmother, Dolores Lemander, live in Reno.

Jason is the son of Nancy Witherspoon of Chico and David Gopp of San Diego and brother of Stephanie Sydnor-Easton of San Jose.

Close friends and relatives will make up the wedding party, including the bride’s granddaughter, who will be her flower girl.
