Anthony Santo “Shotgun” Corolla, 63, of Tracy, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, died after a short illness Sept. 20 at St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Stockton. Services are pending. The family welcomes contributions to help with funeral costs.

• Services will be Oct. 5 for longtime Tracy resident Stephen Cowan, 67, who died Sept. 19 at Sutter Tracy Community Hospital. Graveside services will begin at 11 a.m. at Tracy Cemetery, 501 E. Schulte Road. A reception will follow at the American Legion Hall, 1960 N. Tracy Blvd.

Brandon De Guzman Paule, the 10-month-old son of Mary Ann De Guzman and Ernesto Paule Jr. of Tracy, died Sept. 15 at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital in Palo Alto. A memorial service will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, in the chapel of Hotchkiss Mortuary, 5 W. Highland Ave. The family requests that those who attend the service take yellow flowers in Brandon’s memory.

Manuel C. Parriera Jr., 89, a former Tracy resident, died Sept. 14 at his Stockton home. Services were private, and burial was in Tracy Cemetery, 501 E. Schulte Road. Hotchkiss Mortuary, 5 W. Highland Ave., handled arrangements.

James “Phil” Kahn, 70, a former Tracy resident, died Sept. 8 in Petaluma, his home since 2010. A memorial service will begin at 10:30 a.m. Oct. 5 at Lincoln Presbyterian Church, 900 Douglas Road, in Stockton. Burial will be private in the Little Arlington section at Tracy Cemetery, 501 E. Schulte Road. The family prefers contributions in Mr. Kahn’s name to Rancho Santa Marta, a Christian ministry he supported in Baja California.
