Wesley Holden, 93, of Byron, brother of Tracy resident Aldean Kelley, died Saturday, March 9, at Sutter Tracy Community Hospital. Graveside services on Saturday, March 16, will begin at 10 a.m. at Tracy Cemetery, 501 E. Schulte Road. Visitation will be observed from 2 to 5 p.m. Friday, March 15, at Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave., and an online guest book can be signed at www.frymemorialchapel.com. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mr. Holden’s name may be sent to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 742030, Los Angeles, CA 90074-2030, or www.heart.org.

• Tracy native Earl M. Sasser, 83, a retired insurance agent and businessman, died Saturday, March 9, after a long illness. A memorial service will begin at 1 p.m. Sunday, March 17, at Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave. A reception will follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to a charity of the donor’s choice.

Virginia Dorothy Mattos, 93, an 80-year resident of Tracy and past director of the IPFES, died Friday, March 8. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 19, at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, 163 W. Eaton Ave., followed by burial in Tracy Cemetery, 501 E. Schulte Road. Visitation will be observed beginning at 2 p.m. Monday, March 18, at Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave., with a rosary at 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mrs. Mattos’ name may be sent to Tracy Animal Shelter, 370 Arbor Road, Tracy, CA 95304; to Hospice of San Joaquin, 3888 Pacific Ave., Stockton, CA 95204; or to the St. Bernard’s Building Fund, 163 W. Eaton Ave., Tracy, CA 95376.

Angel Campos, 70, grandfather of Tracy resident Felicia Campos, died March 6 in Lathrop. A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 20, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 16200 Cambridge Drive, in Lathrop. Visitation will be observed from 1 to 7 p.m. Monday, March 18, at P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home, 290 N. Union Road, in Manteca, followed immediately by a rosary.

Jean Bellegarde, 88, a native of Basque Country in southern France, died March 2 in Tracy. A rosary will be recited at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 23, at St. Bernard's Catholic Church, 163 W. Eaton Ave., followed by a Mass at 11:30 a.m. Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave., is handling arrangements. A guest book can be viewed and signed at www.frymemorialchapel.com.
