Barbara Jean Yocum, 83, an 18-year Tracy resident and member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, died Monday, Dec. 30, in Tracy. Arrangements will be handled by Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave., www.frymemorialchapel.com.

Joyce L. Silva, a lifelong Tracy resident, has died at the age of 83. Services will begin at 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 6, at Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave. Contributions in Mrs. Silva’s name may be sent to the California State Parks Foundation, http://calparks.org; or to a charity of the donor’s choice.

Frank J. Morris, 71, a lifelong Tracy resident, died Dec. 24. A rosary was recited Wednesday, Jan. 1, at Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave., followed by a funeral Mass Thursday, Jan. 2, at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, 163 W. Eaton Ave. The family prefers contributions in Mr. Morris’ name to St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, 163 W. Eaton Ave., Tracy, CA 95376; or to the National Stroke Association, www.stroke.org.

Armante Milay Lukban, 75, of Tracy, who had worked for the U.S. Mint and served in the U.S. Navy, died Dec. 24. Funeral services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 8, at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, 163 W. Eaton Ave. Traditional Filipino visitation began Sunday, Dec. 29, and continues through Tuesday, Jan. 7, at the family home, 2259 Ogden Sanazor Drive, with a memorial Mass at 3 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 5.

Jessie Eloise Johnson, 93, a former Tracy resident who taught at Central School and participated in Tracy Woman's Club, died Dec. 21 in Stockton, where she had retired at O'Connor Woods.

Jeannette Harrington, 75, a Tracy resident for 28 years, died Dec. 17 at Doctors Hospital of Manteca. Services will begin at 10 a.m. Jan. 11 at Chapel of the Light, 1620 W. Belmont St., in Fresno.

Mary Agnes McCole, 86, of Tracy, died Dec. 16. A celebration of life is planned at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 4; friends are invited to email Maureen Delegeane, maureenmccoledelegeane@gmail.com, for details. The family prefers contributions to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America, www.alzfdn.org.

Tamara Denise Levand, 58, a 28-year Tracy resident, died Dec. 15 at Alexander Cohen Hospice House in Hughson. Services were private. Arrangements were handled by Fry Memorial Chapel, 550 S. Central Ave., and a guest book can be viewed and signed at www.frymemorialchapel.com. Contributions in Mrs. Levand’s name may be sent to Community Hospice, Alexander Cohen Hospice House, 4368 Spyres Way, Modesto, CA 95356; or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
