Rain dampened the trip home from school for many Tracy students as storms brought afternoon showers to the Central Valley on Thursday, Jan. 24.

Accuweather.com predicts partly cloudy skies for Friday, Jan. 25, and Saturday, Jan. 26, and a 30 percent chance of rain returning to Tracy on Sunday, Jan. 26.

Overnight temperatures are expected to stay above freezing during the weekend and highs are expected to be around 60.
