Boys tennis: Jaguars win two more in VOL play

Kimball High’s tennis team continued its winning streak and stayed atop the Valley Oak League standings with a 5-4 win Tuesday at Manteca High.

Kimball (6-0, 4-0 VOL) took four of the singles matches in straight sets as sophomore Garrett Chun won 6-3, 6-4, junior Nick Reilley won 6-0, 6-2, sophomore Ivan Acosta won 6-2, 6-3, and junior Blake Howerton won 6-2, 6-1.

The doubles team of senior Arman Bhangu and junior Aaron Lee also won, 6-1, 6-2.
