Mrs. Bonilla was born June 6, 1931, in Chihuahua, Mexico, and was a homemaker for 63 years. After moving to Tracy five years ago to live with family, she became a member of Apostolic Outreach Church of Lathrop.
Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Augustin T. Bonilla of Tracy; seven daughters, Hildamar Portillo, and her husband, Julio, and Ramona Lazcon, and her husband, Silviano, all of Tracy, Lupe Armendayiz, and her husband, Arnaldo, Margarita Bonilla, and her husband, Francisco Melendez, and Josefina Bonilla, and her husband, Cheno, all of Mexico, Rosa Arenas, and her husband, Isidro, of Redwood City and Ana Lazcon, and her husband, Jose, of Manteca; and five sons, Luis Bonilla of Mexico, Augustin Bonilla, and his wife, Lose, of Redwood City, Andres Bonilla, and his wife, Anamaria, of Mississippi, Manuel Bonilla, and his wife, Minerva, of Newman and Eriberto Bonilla, and his wife, Hilda, of Colorado.
Also surviving are numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and many other relatives.
A funeral service will begin at 7 p.m. Monday in the chapel at Hotchkiss Mortuary, 5 W. Highland Ave. Visitation will be observed before the service from noon to 7 p.m. at the mortuary. Burial will begin at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19, in Tracy Cemetery, 501 E. Schulte Road.
