BREAKING NEWS: Homicide suspect arrested

Tracy police announced the arrest of 26-year-old Fauzia Nabeela Fields on suspicion of killing a man late Monday night on Monroe St.

Lou David Lynch, 33-years old, was found with multiple gunshot wounds lying on the lawn of a house at 2685 Monroe St. He was later pronounced dead at Sutter Tracy Community Hospital.

Fields was taken into custody Tuesday morning and booked into the San Joaquin County Jail for the homicide charge. She is scheduled to appear in court Thursday Aug. 19 at 1:30 p.m. in the San Joaquin County Superior Court in Stockton.

I personally am sick of looking at these murders faces everyday, when all I want is an update on the case or just to express my thoughts & memories of my friend. I'd like to request that David's family create a memorial page for Dave. If you open a FB acct you have the ability to block anyone you suspect with bad intentions. This may already be in the works, or maybe due to the open case its not advised, or maybe he wouldn't want that. I fully understand you're going through a lot, I just wanted to make the request. I'm sure I'm not the only person who cared about David, yet had lil direct communication with his family. RIP David, I know you're up there with Corry watching over your kids.

@ Mindurbusiness, How F#@king stupid do you sound! To me its sounds as thou you condone the lying, and waiting of a planned murder. It dosent matter how respectable she was, or much she supposedly loved her children when she was sitting in a car waiting for my best friend to emerge so they can F#@KING shoot him. F#@k her kids, what about my freinds kids, what about his wife hun? what about them????

Mindurbusiness..I see birds of a feather flock together. Are you serious? The audacity you have to post this. First off, Fauzia worked hard? How pulling tricks and selling herself? I guess in your eyes this would be considered hard work. She loved her babies so much that she is now accused of murder. Yes, great mother. Her children should be grateful that they will not have to be raised by this slim ball. She is lucky she is in California where no one dies on death row but spending her life behind bars will suffice. You really are an ignorant person to even try to defend this monster who killed a wonderful man and father. Think about his three beautiful kids who now have to spend their life without their father……then let’s see if you have something nice to say now.

For all you dumb people on here making comments about fauzia like you know what kind of female she is. or what type of life style she lives. some of u need to keep your comments to yourself. didnt ur mamas ever teach you IF YOU AINT GOT NOTHING NICE TO SAY THEN DONT SAY NOTHING AT ALL. Fauzia had her life yea shen loved her money and her babies but she was a well respectable female and a very hard worker. just because she may have slipped up and made the wrong choice does not mean you can bag on her and act like u kno what type of person she is. so all you people sound stupid.

If you look at her myspace pics she had a job and was going to school. And she seemed proud of that. So I wonder how did it all go wrong? I guess you can't take the ghetto out of the girl. I guess some people never learn in one split second a bad decision can change your whole life.

I have a question.. These empty houses have homeless liveing in them .Two were arrested in a home on colonial lane .Their braking in to homes and steeling from the other houses near by. What can I do to stop this?Are the owners or the reality co.able to do anything......

Too bad, i'm just glad we have a first class Police department in this town...
