Debra Hollis, a lifelong Tracy resident who works as a legal document assistant and notary public in Tracy, was recently elected to her second term as professional standards chairwoman for the California Association of Legal Document Assistants.
The vote took place at the annual general meeting of the association Saturday, Oct. 20, during a three-day conference at the Hyatt Regency in Sacramento.
Hollis provides help filling out and filing documents through Court Forms Plus, 60 E. 11th St.
Former Tracy resident earns promotion
A member of Tracy High School’s Class of 1998, Angela Beeks, was recently promoted to branch manager of U.S. Bank in Medford, Ore.
Beeks managed the bank’s branch in Jacksonville, Ore., during the past seven years.
She is a United Way volunteer and a supporter of the American Heart Association and several organizations in Jacksonville.
