Kacie Lynette Owens and Brian Richard Bill, both of Tracy, will celebrate their marriage Sunday, Sept. 5, 2010, at Diablo Grande Country Club near Patterson.

The couple met in fourth grade, and Brian proposed to Kacie in front of the Christmas lights outside their home in Tracy on Dec. 17, 2009.

Both Kacie and Brian graduated from West High School in 2003, and they work for Therapeutic Pathways.

Kacie is the daughter of Patrick and Jennifer Owens of Tracy and the granddaughter of Alma Owens of Valley Springs and Nancy Lovell of Hawaii. Her brother, Jason Owens, also lives in Tracy.

Brian is the son of Patrick and Wendy Bill of Tracy and the grandson of Richard and Joanne Reeder of Tracy and Eugiene Bill of Arkansas. His sister, Annika Bill, also lives in Tracy.

The maid of honor in Sunday’s ceremony will be Tiffany Mezenski of Tracy. The bridesmaids will be Felicia Hackmann of Missouri, Annika Bill of Tracy and Ariane Huet of Texas.

The best man will be Jared Neal of Tracy. The groomsmen will be Josh Piazza, Jared Barone and Jeremy Stricker, all of Tracy.

The couple will make their home in Tracy.
