Now this brings something else to my mind why are you guys so concerned about the garbage in the dumpster? is it that you have ties with the recycle business like in getting a cutback ?
Let the Scavengers be, They have been around for century’s
MNWILD AND Anonyomous you should be more concerned about the Trash Blowing in from Oakland..!!!!
I'm calling the police every time I see one of those dirty heroin addicts digging threw my recyclables to scrounge up enough money to get his next fix.
Obviously these parasites have found a way to make easy money and to keep there addiction, with these economy we have no room for parasites so they must be dealed with before they spread.
Since when is Dumpster Diving a Crime.
In today’s economic situation it's possibly a need of survival for allot of family's.
...something tells me he's wide awake, now!

Maybe he needed the money for batteries in his flashlight..?
If the money from recycling them was used to feed himself and/or his family, that is a different story.
Excuse me? WHY? "...put all the recyclables back." I suppose the man had a bag of soda cans and other food cans. Since he had to put the recyclables back, I am guessing the police drove him down the roads near Balboa Drive so he could put them back in the trash cans.
One more candidate for 'too dumb to be a crook'!
12:55 p.m.: A person on the 1200 block of Tulloch Drive reported that a man in a gray van had been following the caller all day. The man turned out to be a private investigator working a case.
Wonder how many clients this guys has if he gets 'made' by the person he's following. He might want to consider another line of work!
